ABOUT OUR FROZEN FRENCH FRIES FACTORY

Our frozen french fries factory was established in 2019 and is located in Guyuan County, Hebei Province, one of China’s traditional core potato production areas. The region hosts four potato flakes manufacturers and five french fries processors, making it an important hub in the global supply chain of potato deep-processed products.

Our production line has an annual capacity of 15,000 tons of premium French fries, supported by storage facilities for 30,000 tons of carefully selected McCain potato varieties.

Our frozen French fries processing plant covers 40,000 m² (approximately 6 hectares) and is equipped with large-scale temperature-controlled CA (Controlled Atmosphere) storage, potato pre-processing lines, French fries processing lines, IQF freezing lines, and cold storage facilities.

This frozen French fries project is recognized as a key industrial initiative in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. It is officially supported and encouraged by the local government and is among the region’s major government-invested projects.

Today, our products are exported to multiple countries worldwide, providing customers with a long-term, stable supply channel.
