1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all business-to-business (B2B) transactions, inquiries, and communications conducted through or related to frenchfriespro.com.
We supply products exclusively for wholesale and export purposes. We do not provide online retail services to individual consumers.


2. Business Customers Only

  • The Website is intended for use by companies, distributors, importers, and other business entities.
  • By placing an inquiry or entering into a contract with us, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity, not as a private consumer.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations provided by Dinweys are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
  • A binding order is established only after both parties sign or issue written confirmation (e.g., via Purchase Order and Proforma Invoice).
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted FOB port of shipment, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import regulations in the destination country.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are delivered to the carrier at the port of shipment.
  • The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and import compliance in the destination country.

6. Quality and Inspection

  • Products are supplied according to the agreed specifications stated in the Sales Contract.
  • The buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify Dinweys in writing of any claim regarding quality or quantity discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.
  • Failure to provide notice within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Dinweys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or business interruption.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to replacement of goods or refund of the invoiced amount, at our discretion.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.


9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product descriptions, images, and content displayed on frenchfriespro.com are the intellectual property of Dinweys or its licensors. They may not be copied, used, or reproduced without prior written consent.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and any contracts formed under them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (or specify your jurisdiction if different).
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

Dinweys reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on frenchfriespro.com and become effective upon publication.
